I ended up returning mine and, the whole refund process was painless. I can’t remember if I sent it back last Tuesday or Wednesday, but the money came through a lot faster than I expected. No hassle at all.

I’ll give humbleroot credit, they do have a decent mix of products, and I was able to poke around and find a few things I actually liked. Some sections had way more options than I expected, which made browsing easy at first.

But then other categories felt weirdly limited, like barely any sizes or choices, so it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving depending on where I clicked. Not a bad experience overall, but I wish the variety was more consistent across the site...

I wanted to like it, but the flavor just didn’t work for me. It had this weird, super earthy taste that was a bit too much?? Not terrible, but definitely not something I’d go back for...

I appreciated that the ingredients were actually listed clearly instead of being hidden in tiny print. After checking my order email and receipt, everything matched up, which made it feel straightforward and honest

The stock was good overall, but they didn't have one item I was looking for.
